32-bit RISC-V MCU Famiy

The LM6x is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller based on the RISC-V core operating at up to 144MHz frequency with FPU, two-cycle HW division DSP instruction, high-speed embedded memories (up to 1024KB of Flash memory and up to 128KB of SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os. The devices offer two 12-bit SAR-ADC/DAC, up to twelve timers, sixteen channels TK sensor, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces. The LM6x suitable for a wide range of industrial applications such as Photovoltaic and energy Industry,motor drives, power monitor and alarm systems and so on.
